We're looking for a Senior Executive - Partnerships who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with partners to drive growth. You'll play a key role in expanding and strengthening UniAcco's network of accommodation and education partners while ensuring a seamless partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers and education partners.
2. Identify and onboard new partnership opportunities.
3. Manage partner engagement and ensure maximum value from existing partnerships.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries and improve operational efficiency.
5. Track partnership performance and maintain accurate records.
6. Share market insights and partner feedback to support business growth.
7. Represent UniAcco at partner meetings, education fairs, and networking events when required.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. 14 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Comfortable speaking with external stakeholders over calls, emails, and meetings.
5. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
7. Open to travelling within and outside Maharashtra to attend partnership events and maintain partner relationships.
