About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Client Relations professional to drive client acquisition, relationship management, portfolio growth, and revenue generation across the HNI and Corporate Treasury Services segment.

The role involves managing relationships with HNI clients, corporates, institutions, and key partners while working closely with investment specialists, research, and product teams to deliver customized wealth and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire, onboard, and manage HNI, corporate, and institutional clients.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.

Drive client retention, portfolio deepening, AUM growth, and fee income.

Identify client needs and provide appropriate investment and wealth management solutions.

Develop a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies.

Provide relevant market insights and investment perspectives to clients.

Build and expand a strong HNI and corporate referral network.

Collaborate with research, product, investment, and internal teams to enhance client engagement.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the ABCL ecosystem.

Achieve assigned sales, AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience.

Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, and internal policies.





Continuously expand the organization's market presence within the assigned geography.

Desired Candidate Profile

7–12 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Treasury Sales, HNI Relationship Management, or a related financial services role.

Strong existing network among HNI clients, corporates, institutions, and professional intermediaries.

Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, portfolio management, and asset allocation.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-value client portfolios.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent customer orientation and relationship-building capabilities.

Strong commercial acumen with a target-driven approach.

Ability to work collaboratively with investment, research, product, and support teams.

High level of integrity and commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
