is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Account Manager – Google & Meta Ads to join our remote marketing team and manage performance-driven Meta advertising campaigns.

nThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing $5,000+ in monthly Meta Ads spend and understands how to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and scale profitable results.

nKey Responsibilities

nManage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

nManage significant monthly Meta Ads budgets and maintain robust campaign efficiency.

nPlan and execute testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures.

nMonitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

nAnalyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

nIdentify high-performing campaigns, audiences, and creatives and scale them appropriately.

nDiagnose underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

nContinuously test new approaches to improve acquisition performance.

nCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve advertising results.





nTake ownership of campaign performance and reporting.

nQualifications

n2+ years of hands-on Facebook/Meta Ads experience.

nProven experience managing $5,000+ in monthly Meta Ads spend.

nStrong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

nExperience scaling performance campaigns.

nStrong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.

nExperience with audience and creative testing.

nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

nAbility to work independently and manage campaign priorities.

nE-commerce or DTC experience is a plus.

nCompensation

n₹120,000–₹200,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

nFull-time, remote position.
