Buchanan Technologies is hiring a senior Oracle professional to support multiple client environments. The role focuses on resolving complex production issues across Oracle Applications, with particular emphasis on Demantra, Configurator, and VCP integrations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Oracle application and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Support Oracle Demantra, Oracle Configurator, and DemantraVCP integration points.
- Perform performance tuning and recommend improvements to system stability.
- Manage support priorities across clients, document solutions, and guide team members.
Required Skills
- Strong Oracle Applications production support experience in a third-party, multi-client workplace.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra and Oracle Configurator.
- Understanding of VCP integrations and boundary issues.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and client communication skills.
Preferred: Oracle EBS support and supply chain or demand planning experience.
