- 8+ years of experience in QA with strong depth in Oracle EBS Finance.
- Hands-on experience across at least GL and one or more of AP/AR/FA/CM.
- Proven experience owning test strategy for at least one full EBS Financials implementation, upgrade, or period-close-critical release cycle.
- Robust understanding of subledger accounting (SLA), multi-org and multi-currency setups, and their testing implications.
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with EBS automation frameworks (Selenium, OATS, or equivalent) and scripting (Java/Python/Groovy) Solid SQL and working PL/SQL knowledge for backend financial data validation (ledger balances, journal entries, reconciliation reports).
- Experience with defect/test management tooling (JIRA, ALM, qTest, or similar) at a governance level.
- Strong understanding of EBS release management, patching cadence, and regression risk specific to financial calculation engines.
- Preferred / Good to Have Exposure to tax engines (e.g., Vertex, or EBS native tax) and their testing considerations.
- Experience integrating financial regression automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to API testing tooling (Postman, SoapUI) for financial system integrations.
