What We're Looking For
✅ 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience (Functional or Technical)
✅ Experience with:
- Redwood UX
- Visual Builder Studio (VBS) / VBCS
- HDL / HSDL
- OTBI Reporting
- BI Publisher
- HCM Extracts
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Security Console and Role Configuration
✅ Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancements, and support projects ✅ Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
