Senior Analyst Proposed designation : Offshore CWMO Operations Partner (COP) - Sr.
Analyst Role: Operations / Shared Services Reporting to CWMO Operations (Onshore COP Lead) Geo to be supported : US Shift : 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST) Work Mode: Hybrid Role Summary - The Offshore CWMO Operations Partner (COP) provides execution focused, repeatable operational support across the contingent workforce lifecycle. This role performs standardized system actions, supplier coordination, onboarding execution, and lifecycle maintenance activities, enabling scale, consistency, and SLA adherence. Offshore COPs partner closely with onshore COPs, who retain ownership of stakeholder management, exceptions, and decision-making.
Roles &
Responsibilities · Request & System Execution o Support the creation and update contingent worker requests and assignments in Beeline and related systems based on approved intake details o Execute standardized updates following kickoff meetings (rates, dates, locations, supplier distribution) o Monitor work queues and progress tasks according to defined SLAs and priority rules o Facilitate interview scheduling o · Supplier Coordination o Distribute requests to suppliers and manage routine follow-ups on submissions and status o Validate submission completeness and advance workflow steps once requirements are met o Escalate supplier delays or issues to onshore COPs using defined escalation thresholds · Onboarding & Pre-Start Processing o Track and execute onboarding steps (DocuSign, background checks, onboarding requirements) once offers are approved (BGC delayed worker action – follow up/supplier) o Monitor readiness milestones (IT, access, training)
and perform standard follow-up's and communicate delays to recruiters o Update system statuses and notify onshore COPs of blockers using approved templates • · Lifecycle Management o Prioritize extensions, amendments, and early terminations following approved requests and SOPs with closed loop communication to engagement teams. EoR, etc. o Create second assignments and validate information according to SOPs (rate, manager, SP, etc.) o Maintain accurate assignment records and supporting documentation o Assist with producing Market Rate Assessments using firm tools o Support Talent Reserve tracking activities (entry, updates, exits) as directed o Follow up on aging timesheets and rejected timesheets o Update on inactive users (EM/EP/TS) and make system updates across all impacted assignment records o Facilitation of equipment return and follow up (worker/supplier) • · Compliance & Audit Support o Execute standardized compliance checks and validate required documentation o Maintain audit ready records and flag gaps to onshore COPs for resolution · Success Measures o SLA adherence and throughput on assigned workflows o Accuracy of system updates and documentation o Reduction in rework and avoidable escalations o Consistent support to onshore COP capacity and focus · Required Qualifications &
Experience o 2 years of experience in operations support, shared services, or workforce administration o Robust proficiency with excel and VLOOKUP o Experience executing high-volume, rules-based work with SLAs o Strong attention to detail and comfort working from SOPs o Prior exposure to VMS, HR, or onboarding systems (e.g., Beeline, ServiceNow) preferred Experience Level Senior Level
