Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage direct tax compliance for the organization, ensuring timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.

- Conduct transfer pricing studies and provide recommendations on optimal transfer pricing policies.

- Oversee channel accounting operations, including sales data analysis and financial reporting.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to direct taxation.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in CA (Chartered Accountant) role with expertise in direct taxation.

- Solid knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and other relevant laws.

- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using advanced Excel skills.
