Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced O9 Supply Planning Configuration Consultant to design, configure, test, and deploy O9 Supply Planning solutions. The consultant will work closely with business users, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver supply planning capabilities that support production planning, distribution planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and constrained supply planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Planning processes.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state planning processes.
- Design and configure O9 Supply Planning solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Support implementation of:

o Supply Planning o Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)

o Inventory Replenishment Planning o Scenario Planning and What-if Analysis

- Configure planning policies, sourcing rules, allocation rules, and replenishment strategies.
- Support planning process design and business process improvements.

O9 Configuration Responsibilities

- Configure O9 data models, dimensions, hierarchies, measures, and attributes.
- Develop and maintain planning workspaces, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Configure planning calculations and business rules.
- Configure planning workflows, alerts, and exception management processes.
- Support security role setup and user access management.
- Perform solution validation and configuration testing.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in O9 Supply Planning configuration.

o Strong understanding of Supply Planning o Minimum 6 years of overall experience in supply chain solutions.

o At least 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including:

§ Planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, and report design.





o Proven ability to support client success teams by refining user stories and resolving complex production issues.

- End-to-end Supply Chain Planning concepts.
- Implement and configure o9 Solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring that the system is tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Customize planning configurations and workflows to optimize performance, ensuring that all processes are productive and effective.
- Design and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and action buttons to improve user experience, ensuring that the system is intuitive and easy to use.
- Optimize solver performance for better results and faster processing times, ensuring that the system operates at peak efficiency.
- Create comprehensive and insightful reports for stakeholders, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to refine user stories and ensure they align with business needs, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Provide support to Client Success teams to resolve complex production issues, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to o9 Solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to o9 Solutions, ensuring that any problems are quickly identified and resolved.
- Manage and lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.





Oversee the team's work to ensure quality and consistency in o9 Solutions implementations and configurations

Technical Skills

- SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data interfaces.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle O9 Supply Planning implementation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience.

- O9 IBPL knowledge.
- Demand Planning experience.
- SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan experience.
- Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Consumer Products industries.
- Azure, SSIS, Python, or Data Analytics exposure.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on O9 Supply Planning configuration experience.
- At least one end-to-end O9 Supply Planning implementation with involvement in design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply planning business processes.
