Nagarjuna Hospital is a 75-bed, NABH-accredited multispecialty tertiary care hospital serving Vijayawada since 1992. With 17+ clinical specialties on a 4.5-acre campus, we're committed to safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care. We're growing, and we're looking for skilled, compassionate nurses to join our ICU and Gynecology teams.

Open Positions

- Staff Nurse ICU (Critical Care)
- Staff Nurse Gynecology & Obstetrics

Key Responsibilities – ICU Nurse

- Provide nursing care to critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation
- Monitor vital signs, haemodynamics, and patient condition closely, and escalate changes promptly
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood transfusions as per protocols
- Manage invasive lines, drains, and life-support equipment
- Respond to emergencies and assist in resuscitation (Code Blue)
- Maintain accurate documentation and handovers as per NABH standards
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols

Key Responsibilities – Gynecology Nurse

- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal nursing care
- Assist in labour room management and normal deliveries
- Support gynecology and obstetric surgeries, including pre-op and post-op care




- Provide immediate newborn care and support breastfeeding
- Educate patients and families on maternal and newborn health
- Maintain accurate records and follow NABH quality and infection control standards

Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognised institution
- Valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council (or willingness to transfer)
- BLS certification preferred; ACLS is an advantage for ICU roles

Experience

- ICU: 1–3 years in ICU / critical care
- Gynecology: 1–3 years in OBG / labour room
- Freshers with strong clinical training may apply
