Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall or any other firewall environments.

Handle advanced firewall configurations, security policies, NAT, VPN, routing, and related security features.

Troubleshoot complex Routing and Switching issues across enterprise network environments.

Analyze and resolve critical network and security incidents within defined SLAs.

Perform firewall configuration changes, upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities.

Monitor network security infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.

Work closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Review configurations and troubleshooting approaches to ensure adherence to technical and security standards.





Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, incidents, and solutions.

Participate in major incident handling, change implementation, and infrastructure improvement activities.

Requirements

7-10 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.

Solid troubleshooting mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.

Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to the team and Team management.

Comfortable working in a customer-facing technical environment.

Fortinet NSE certification is mandatory or any-other relevant certifications.

CCNA certification is mandatory.
