Location: Hyderabad Job Summary :

Looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Network Administrator with strong experience in enterprise network administration, security, troubleshooting, and Tier 2/3 support. The role will focus on Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, network segmentation, and IT/OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Meraki, and Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN.
- Configure and maintain routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network, firewall, wireless, and SD-WAN issues.
- Implement network security, IT/OT segmentation, and firewall policies.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Support upgrades, migrations, patching, backups, and configuration management.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical issues.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls .
- Strong experience with Cisco Meraki switching and wireless .
- Experience with Aruba EdgeConnect / Silver Peak SD-WAN .
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and network security.




- Experience with network segmentation and firewall policies.
- Understanding of IT/OT network environments and segmentation principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of high availability and network redundancy concepts.
- Experience with patching, upgrades, configuration management, and change management.

Preferred Certifications :

- Palo Alto Networks certifications.
- Cisco / Meraki certifications.
- Aruba networking certifications.
- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certification.
- Relevant security or SD-WAN certifications.

Key Competencies :

- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to design and plan network solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security.
- Ability to work independently and handle escalated issues.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
