We are seeking a Senior Network Consultant with robust expertise in Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, Aruba Central, AOS-S, and AOS-CX. The role focuses on enterprise LAN/WLAN operations, advanced troubleshooting (L3/L4), incident management, and network optimization in a global environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead major incidents, RCA, change management, and operational excellence following ITIL processes.
- Design, deploy, and optimize Aruba Wireless environments (Controllers, Instant APs, Aruba Central).
- Perform RF planning, Wi-Fi tuning, roaming optimization, interference mitigation, and wireless troubleshooting.




- Configure and support Aruba ClearPass including 802.1X, NAC, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), role-based access, and device onboarding.
- Implement and troubleshoot User-Based Tunneling (UBT), Dynamic Segmentation, and policy enforcement.
- Configure and troubleshoot Aruba AOS-S/AOS-CX switches, VLANs, STP, VSX, VRRP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP).
- Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues, collaborating with Aruba TAC, SD-WAN, and security teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and engage with global stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
