We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to design, manage, and secure our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and network security.

In this role, you will take ownership of network reliability, performance, and security across offices, data centers, and cloud environments. You will lead network-related incidents, drive infrastructure improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to junior network staff.

Technology Expertise

- Enterprise networking: LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and SD-WAN.
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and QoS.
- Enterprise firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD, or equivalent.
- VPN technologies, network segmentation, ACLs, and network security.
- Enterprise wireless infrastructure: Cisco, Aruba, and wireless access points.
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting: Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, and syslog.
- Cloud networking: Azure VNets, AWS VPC, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect.
- Network automation using Python or Ansible.
- Load balancing, IP address management (IPAM), and DNS/GSLB.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise campus, data center, and WAN networks, including switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN.
- Administer enterprise firewalls, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, and network security policies, including segmentation, access control lists (ACLs), and zero-trust principles.
- Manage and optimize enterprise wireless infrastructure, including RF planning,



wireless controllers, access points, and guest/corporate SSIDs.
- Manage internet connectivity, BGP and static routing, load balancing, and cloud connectivity using ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, or IPsec.
- Implement and maintain network monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, syslog, and packet capture.
- Lead network incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvement initiatives.
- Plan network capacity, infrastructure lifecycle refreshes, and change windows while maintaining accurate network diagrams and IP address management (IPAM).
- Enforce network hardening, firmware updates, patch management, and alignment with security standards.
- Collaborate with system administration, security, and cloud teams to support hybrid connectivity and application performance.
- Mentor junior network engineers and coordinate with vendors and ISPs on connectivity, service-level agreements (SLAs), and technical escalations.

Experience & Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, including 3+ years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, including OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and QoS.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/FTD, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies, network security, and secure network architecture.




- Experience managing enterprise wireless deployments using Cisco, Aruba, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, traceroute, packet capture, and flow analysis.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, IPv4/IPv6, and network security fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and lead incident resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business availability and security requirements into network solutions.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, Fortinet NSE 4+, PCNSE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
- Experience with SD-WAN, Network Access Control (NAC), 802.1X, Cisco ISE, or ClearPass.
- Familiarity with network automation using Python or Ansible.
- Cloud networking experience with Azure VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, AWS VPC, and hybrid connectivity.
- Experience with load balancers such as F5, NGINX, Azure/AWS Application Load Balancers, and DNS/GSLB.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and formal change management in production environments.
