We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Developer to join our engineering team in Dubai, focusing on building high-performance Android applications that define the future of our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, translating complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive mobile experiences.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable Android applications using Kotlin to ensure high performance and maintainability for our end users.
- Collaborate with design teams to craft sophisticated Mobile UI components that provide a fluid and engaging experience across diverse device configurations.
- Manage version control and collaborative workflows using Git to maintain code integrity and streamline deployment cycles across the development team.
- Optimize application performance and memory management to enhance user retention and satisfaction in a competitive market.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate mastery in native Android development with a deep proficiency in Kotlin for building complex, production-grade applications.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail in Mobile UI implementation, ensuring designs are translated into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Utilize Git effectively within a team environment to manage branching, merging, and complex codebases in a quick-paced, on-site setting in Dubai.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering execution.
- Possess a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining high code quality standards.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of delivering successful mobile products over 6 - 10 years of professional experience.
