Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HRMS Portal.
- Develop FMS (Management System).
- Develop and maintain Inventory Management System.
- Develop Check-In / Check-Out & Attendance System.
- Handle, troubleshoot and modify the existing system developed/managed by Rahul Jain.
- Create MIS reports, dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Manage SQL databases, APIs and data integration.
- Develop new modules and features according to business requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning,
accuracy and security of all systems.
Must-Have Skills -Strong MIS & Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong Full Stack Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / ERP / Management Portals.
- Experience in Inventory Management Systems.
- Experience in Check-In / Check-Out & Attendance Systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL & Database Management.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Backend: Python / Node.js / PHP or equivalent.
- API development and integration.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred candidate profile - Have worked in the system of Rahul jain.
