We have an urgent requirement for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior MIS Executive at our Thane office. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of business data management, structural reporting, and operational tracking to support our cross-functional teams and leadership in decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

- Report Management: Prepare, analyze, and maintain highly accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking key business metrics.
- Database Maintenance: Efficiently manage, update, and audit internal data trackers and databases to ensure absolute data integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Leverage complex Excel formulas, lookup tables, and arrays to transform raw operational data into actionable business intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with diverse internal teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) for streamlined data collection and verification.
- Management Dashboards: Design, build, and present clear dashboards and summary reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc Support:



Handle spontaneous reporting requests from the leadership team with speed, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile 1. Technical Skills & Tools

- Advanced Excel Mastery (Mandatory): Absolute proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF/Nested IF functions, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
- Data Visualisation: Proven experience creating clean, visual dashboards for corporate reporting.
- Familiarity with database software or ERP systems used in manufacturing/interior design sectors is a strong plus.

2. Core Competencies

- Robust data cleaning, structural sorting, and data mapping capabilities.
- Exceptional numerical ability with a sharp eye for finding data inconsistencies or reporting gaps.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate cleanly with multiple departments.

3. Education & Background

- Education: Any Graduate (Degree in Finance, Commerce, Statistics, IT, or business-related fields preferred).
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of core experience handling data management and MIS operations.
