Job Responsibilities

- Conduct metallurgical analysis, testing, and process evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and optimize metallurgical processes to achieve required quality and purity standards.
- Analyze chemical and physical properties of minerals, quartz, silica, and other materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Process teams for process improvement.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare technical reports, test reports, and process documentation.
- Monitor laboratory testing, sampling,



and quality control activities.
- Support trials, pilot studies, and current product/process development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualification

- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgical testing, material characterization, and process optimization.
- Experience in mineral processing, quartz/silica, ceramics, metals, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
