Tech Garage Digital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and performance‑driven Senior Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid social advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. This is a full‑time, on‑site position for professionals who excel in strategic planning, data‑driven optimization, and delivering measurable results across ecommerce, B2B, local business, and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Ecommerce, B2B, Local Business, and Lead Generation verticals.
- Develop full‑funnel paid social strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Manage large‑scale budgets with a focus on ROAS, CPL, CAC, and overall profitability.
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, and GA4 integrations.
- Conduct deep performance analysis using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Build and refine audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and scaling methodologies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad copy, visual direction, and content strategy.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, insights, and optimization roadmaps for clients.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts,



and new ad formats across Meta, LinkedIN, and Twitter.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads with proven performance results.
- Strong expertise in Ecommerce scaling, B2B lead funnels, local business campaigns, and high‑intent lead generation.
- Deep understanding of paid social funnels, CRO principles, and audience psychology.
- Proficiency in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4
- LinkedIn Ads (good to have)
- Twitter Ads (good to have)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and performance KPIs simultaneously.
