Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function for Visioncare Certification Pvt. Ltd., with responsibility for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote certification, training, awarness and consulting services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, involving close collaboration with leadership, sales, and technical teams.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, defining target segments, and positioning services effectively in the market. The role involves overseeing brand messaging, content creation, and marketing collateral, as well as analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives.

Manager will also manage marketing budgets, support business development efforts, and contribute to client acquisition and retention through data-driven, customer-focused marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic marketing skills, including market analysis, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Meeting with Industry Association – Awareness of Government Schemes
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search, and web content management.
- Ability to develop marketing collateral and messaging that clearly communicates complex consulting and certification services.
- Proven experience in managing marketing projects, budgets, and timelines, with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in professional services, consulting, certification, training, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members and driving initiatives to completion.
- Robust analytical skills, familiarity with marketing analytics tools, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
