Hotel Vakkom Palazzo is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to elevate our brand and promote our signature backwater experiences—including custom houseboat stays and scenic boat rides.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Waterfront & Tour Promotion: Create and launch compelling promotional campaigns for our houseboat tours, private boat rides, and backwater leisure packages to attract both domestic and international tourists.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Build engaging video and visual campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube showcasing our boat rides, serene views, and hotel amenities.
- Content Creation: Produce captivating reels, photos, and copy featuring guest experiences on the houseboats and backwaters.
- B2B & Travel Partner Outreach: Collaborate with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate planners, and event organizers to bundle houseboat and leisure service packages.
- Promotions & Packages: Develop seasonal offers, weekend getaway packages,



and special deals combining stay, dining, and boat rides.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, track leads generated for tour and room bookings, and optimize advertising spend.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (hospitality, tour operations, or Kerala tourism sector preferred).
- Hands-on experience creating high-quality visual content (short-form video, reels, photography).
- Proficiency with digital advertising (Meta Ads) and social media management.
- Strong communication skills with an understanding of leisure and destination marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn local experiences into irresistible packages.
