We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and proactive Senior Marketing Executive who thrives in field engagement, local network expansion, community health initiatives, and business development to drive our brand presence and revenue growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Executive – Healthcare, you will be the face of MGG Sirona Biotech across Coimbatore. You will drive footfalls and brand awareness for our local retail pharmacies and polyclinics through targeted hyper-local marketing, organizing doctor-supported health camps, and building strategic healthcare partnerships. Additionally, you will lead B2B sales development by negotiating with hospital purchase departments and procurement heads across the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Outreach & Health Camps (B2C)

- Organize & Lead Health Camps: Plan, coordinate, and execute community health camps, diagnostic drives, and wellness screening events across target neighborhoods in Coimbatore, collaborating directly with our in-house team of doctors and specialists.
- Community Engagement: Build partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), senior citizen forums, apartment complexes, clubs,



and local businesses to host health awareness drives and drive patient footfalls to our polyclinics and pharmacies.
- Catchment Marketing: Design and deploy localized promotional campaigns to maximize footfall, prescription conversion, and customer retention at our retail pharmacy branches.

2. B2B Sales & Hospital Procurement Outreach

- Hospital Relations: Actively pitch and present MGG Sirona Biotech’s product portfolio to Purchase Departments, Bio-medical Procurement Teams, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across hospitals and nursing homes in Coimbatore.
- Supply & Vendor Onboarding: Manage vendor registration, negotiate business terms, and secure recurring product supply orders with hospital procurement heads.
- Doctor Engagement: Build solid rapport with practicing doctors, specialists, and consultants across the city to drive medical network collaborations.

3. Strategy, Execution & Performance

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars aligned with strategic business targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of hospital procurement leads, campaign conversions, and footfall metrics.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with in-house doctors, store managers, and senior leadership to ensure seamless logistics and execution for all field initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



3 to 6 years of proven field marketing or business development experience in Healthcare, Retail Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Hospital Marketing.
- Health Camp Execution: Proven track record in planning and managing community health camps or field medical drives.
- Geographic Knowledge: Deep understanding of Coimbatore’s residential areas, demographics, hospital networks, and key commercial catchments.
- B2B Procurement Exposure: Experience in pitching to and closing sales with hospital purchase/procurement departments is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English. Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with doctors, corporate buyers, and community leaders.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or related fields.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for regular field travel across Coimbatore.
