Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive to generate new business leads from housing societies and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential societies, connecting with society members/committee members, and generating enquiries for building maintenance and restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research housing societies, buildings and commercial properties requiring maintenance or restoration work.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references and online research.
- Connect with Society Chairpersons, Secretaries, Committee Members and Property Managers.
- Explain the company's building repair, restoration, waterproofing and maintenance services.
- Understand client requirements and arrange site visits and inspections.
- Follow up with societies for quotations, proposals and project requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly update lead status.
- Coordinate with the technical/site team for surveys, inspections and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society representatives.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and enquiry targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, visits, leads and follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Com / B.A. / BMM / BMS or related background.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with society members and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Self-motivated, presentable and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
