Role Description The Senior Management Position at TRIOs Development Support (P) Ltd is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams across social research, consultancy, and market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project planning and execution, managing client relationships, guiding strategy development, and monitoring budgets, timelines, and performance indicators. The position requires reviewing and validating research designs, methodologies, and reports, providing technical inputs,



and supporting capacity development within the team. The senior manager will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening partnerships with government, development agencies, NGOs, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, mentoring, and performance management.
- Experience in social research and consultancy in domains such as public health, nutrition, education, water and sanitation, rural development, or livelihoods.
- Proficiency in research design, data collection, and analysis, including both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Demonstrated ability in project and program management, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Experience in market research, business intelligence, and advisory services related to consumer behavior, industry analysis, or product positioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, and corporate entities.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CSR project design and implementation, and human resource in-sourcing for project execution is an advantage.
- High level of professional integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
