Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.

- Work closely with founders, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role priorities.

- Build role-wise hiring plans, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.

- Manage recruiter productivity through daily/weekly targets and hiring dashboards.

- Track key hiring metrics such as sourcing numbers, screening output, interview pipeline, offer acceptance, joining ratio, time to hire, and role aging.

- Drive hiring for critical roles across engineering, product, sales, marketing,



customer success, finance, HR, and founder’s office.

- Improve screening quality, interview scorecards, candidate evaluation, and hiring manager feedback discipline.

- Build and optimize sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals, vendors, and passive outreach.

- Ensure a strong candidate experience from first interaction to joining.

- Present weekly hiring updates, bottlenecks, and action plans to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition.

- Strong experience in startup, SaaS, or high-growth company hiring.

- Experience managing recruiters or leading hiring execution across multiple roles.

- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other hiring platforms.

- Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders.

- Strong understanding of hiring metrics, dashboards, and recruitment funnels.

- Ability to close candidates and manage offer negotiations.

- High ownership, urgency, and follow-through.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, founder-led environment.
