About the Role A leading investment management firm in Mumbai is seeking a senior investor relations skilled to manage direct investor relationships. This role involves working closely with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors, ensuring superior engagement, retention, and re‑investment outcomes. The position offers direct access to senior leadership, high visibility across the investor base, and meaningful influence on AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Investor Relationship Management: Own the full post‑commitment lifecycle including onboarding, servicing, query resolution, and retention.

- Investor Communication: Deliver timely reports, NAV updates, capital call notices, and structured communication calendars.

- Investor Servicing: Act as first point of contact for queries, documentation, and escalations.

- Retention & Re‑investment: Design strategies to deepen loyalty, track maturity pipelines, and drive incremental capital.

- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on investor sentiment, regulatory changes, and represent the firm at forums and summits.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Postgraduate in Finance, MBA,



or related discipline. CFA/CFP preferred.

- Experience: 8–10 years in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, or alternative investment servicing.

- Track Record: Proven success in managing HNI/UHNI/Family Office relationships with measurable retention outcomes.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative investment products, structured credit, capital call/distribution processes, and AIF regulations in India.

- Network: Established connections within Mumbai’s HNI/UHNI/Family Office community.
