Key Responsibility :-

- To improve order fill rate of customers
- To make above 95% and ++
- To drive demand forecast at customer level & bring visibility of key drivers for rolling months
- To assess demand variability & plan course correction methodology to improve fill rate
- To build relationship with SCM leads of customers to bring in best practices
- To guard total cost of distribution from pick to deliver
- To have regulated control over returns & refusal from customers against stipulated fill rate target
- To act as bridge between channel sales & SCM function
- To handle the distribution centres (CFA) of MT Ecom customer or FMCGs brands serving to MT Ecom
- customers

Preferred Candidate Criteria:-

- Good exposure of MT Ecom working environment
- Basic understanding of order to cash process of above two channels




- Having worked for moderate to large distribution centres of MT Ecom customers or FMCGs brands
- serving MT Ecom customers
- Having worked as interface between sales & SCM (focused to above channels)
- Modern tool knowledge ...like order booking, order filters, service rate (fill rate) calculations etc.
- More SCM side exposure with blend of customer service
- Must have high Analytical skills and able to work with Large Data & complex situations.
- Valuable command of key stake holder management
- Strong execution skills
- Strong communication English and Hindi
- Tech savvy Advance Excel/ SAP / IT software
- Team player
- Speed and Accuracy
