The Senior Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and overall business development for Adhesives and Tile Care products across the assigned territory. The role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing dealer and distributor networks, strengthening project business, and leading the sales team to achieve volume, value, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Projects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in construction chemicals, tile adhesives, tile care, building materials, or related industries.

- Proven experience in territory/area sales management and team leadership.

- Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, and channel network management.





- Demonstrated experience in project sales involving builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.

- Strong B2B and B2C sales understanding.

- Excellent sales planning, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of construction industry trends, market cycles, and competitive landscape.

- Strong capability in territory mapping, market analysis, forecasting, and business planning.

- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.

- Solid commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, margins, collections, and profitability.

- Good leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
