- Manage end-to-end cash flow operations, including investment/redemption of mutual funds and fixed deposits.
- Prepare and analyze daily cash flow forecasts and actuals using the direct method.
- Lead weekly cash committee meetings to review liquidity status and short-term funding requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) overdue and manage group receivables/payables
- Drive FCF initiatives such as accounts receivable factoring and vendor financing.
- Automate banking processes for efficiency and control.
- Liaise with banks to secure competitive rates and enhanced banking services.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory and central bank reports, including:
- FLA (Foreign Liabilities and Assets Annual Return)
- OPI (Overseas Portfolio Investment – Semi-Annual)
- ECB (External Commercial Borrowings – Monthly)
- LEI (Legal Entity Identifier – Annual Renewal)
- Negotiate favorable payment terms with suppliers and service providers.
Strategic Reporting & FCF Control:
- Lead the FCF budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic financial goals.
- Analyze and report FCF actuals, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and mid-term plans (MTP) for FCF performance over a 5–8 year horizon.
- Submit FCF data through Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) platform as per corporate deadlines.
- Monitor car flow and inventory movement to support cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain records of key financial transactions including VAT inputs, capex advances, and import part tracking.
- Support insurance-related financial activities and documentation.
- Conduct process studies and develop desk procedures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FCF strategic planning.
