- Be part of development of PL product based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to define product roadmaps and make strategic recommendations for new products or product enhancements.
- Define product features, pricing, terms, and policies that align with customer needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines and business objectives.
- Manage product requirements, business cases, and implementation plans for recent products or modifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development, implementation, and adoption.
- Ensure that business loan products comply with all legal and regulatory standards, including fair lending, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Track and report on the financial indicators
