About The Role

As our new Senior Manager - Procurement (Civil & Interiors), you will lead procurement strategy and execution for ongoing workplace interior fit-out projects, partnering closely with project teams and business leaders. You will drive commercial efficiency through strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, value engineering and market intelligence, while ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and subcontracted works in line with project requirements.

What You Will Do

- Manage the procurement strategy for Civil & Interior fit-out packages across ongoing projects, from planning and sourcing through negotiation, finalisation and delivery.
- Review project drawings, BOQs and specifications to understand scope, assess requirements and develop cost estimates for interior fit-out packages.
- Manage negotiations and finalisation of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive commercial terms, quality and timely delivery.
- Drive strategic sourcing of materials, vendors and subcontractors across key interior and civil trades, including identification of new sources and alternate solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong regional vendor and subcontractor network,



with a clear understanding of market rates, material availability, capacity and emerging trends.
- Evaluate vendor quotations, conduct rate analysis and benchmarking, and prepare comparative statements to support commercial decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimisation and alternate materials/suppliers without compromising design intent, quality or project timelines.
- Manage procurement of long-lead and critical materials, ensuring timely placement of orders and proactive follow-up to meet project delivery milestones.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and other stakeholders to align procurement plans with project schedules, specifications and commercial objectives.
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance, proactively addressing delays, commercial issues and delivery risks.
- Stay abreast of market trends, material pricing, supplier capabilities and industry developments to provide relevant procurement insights and recommendations.
- Establish and maintain procurement benchmarks, vendor databases and market intelligence to support consistent and informed sourcing decisions.
- Ensure procurement documentation, contracts, purchase orders and related records are maintained accurately and in line with company processes.
- Support project teams in resolving procurement-related issues and provide commercial inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen procurement processes,



improve efficiency and leverage digital and technology-led solutions.
- Provide regular procurement updates, commercial insights and risk assessments to relevant stakeholders and leadership.

Ideal Candidate

- You hold a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement or a related discipline.
- You are a Procurement skilled with 8+ years of relevant experience in the building construction and interior fit-out industry.
- You have strong experience in Civil & Interior procurement for corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
- You have strong knowledge of interior fit-out trades, materials, vendors and subcontractors.
- You are experienced in working with drawings, BOQs, specifications, cost estimates and rate analysis.
- You have strong commercial acumen with proven experience in vendor negotiations, contract finalisation, cost benchmarking and value engineering.
- You have experience managing long-lead materials and critical procurement packages in line with project schedules.
- You have a strong understanding of current market rates, material trends, supplier capabilities and sourcing practices.
- You are experienced in building and managing vendor/subcontractor networks and evaluating supplier performance.
- You are comfortable working with ERP/procurement systems and are tech-savvy, with the ability to adopt digital and technology-led initiatives.
- You have strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, design teams, vendors and business leaders.
- You can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, commercial discipline and project timelines.
- You can work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of procurement outcomes.
