Job location Sangli

Brief details with minimum 90% OTIF w.r.t. Customer delivery date.

· To review mandatory documents and explicit indent for respective sectors.

· Tracking of progressive BOM orders till full BOM.

· Study of Pending order boards for respective sectors.

· To review all new booked orders and inform to Plant & Purchase team.

· Accountable for weekly dispatch plan to achieve MRM plan allocated for specific allotted sector.

· Weekly coordination with respective Sales Team for RFI & RFD pumps at Plant.

· To coordinate with Sales Team for RFI & RFD motors and engines at Suppliers end.





· To coordinate trading kit receipt for respective sectors.

· To release advance inspection call to QCCI & Sales Team minimum 2 weeks in advance.

· To get formal dispatch clearance from Sales Team and co-ordinate billing & dispatch.

· To prepare MIS for weekly and monthly Sales review with Top Management.

· To prepare and review GAP analysis of weekly dispatch plan and MRM dispatch plan.

· To monitor short delivery orders.

· To coordinate with Sales Team for customers job motor receipt till inward and outward.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
