This is a hands-on operations leadership role across Indian marketplaces, quick commerce and approved international marketplaces. You will keep the right products live and available, ensure orders and purchase orders move reliably, and close operational exceptions with evidence. The role reports to the Head of E-commerce and carries no P&L; ownership.

The essentials

- Employment type: Full-time leadership role focused on marketplace and quick-commerce operations.
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana. In office, five days a week, alongside e-commerce, supply chain, warehouse, finance, catalogue and brand teams.
- Scope: India marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and approved international marketplaces; operations execution rather than commercial ownership.
- Team: Lead the E-commerce and Quick-Commerce Operations Executives and the Listing Manager. This is a player-coach role with direct operating involvement.
- Reports to: Head of E-commerce.
- Start date: Immediate joining preferred; notice period will be discussed early in the process.

What you will own

You will build a reliable daily operating rhythm across platforms and internal teams. Success means that availability, fulfilment, listings, purchase orders and claims remain visible, assigned and closed—not merely recorded in a tracker.

- Indian marketplaces: Run operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and other approved marketplaces, including catalogue, inventory, order and account-health workflows.
- Quick commerce: Manage availability, catalogue readiness, replenishment and operational exceptions across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other approved partners.




- International execution: Coordinate catalogue, inventory, fulfilment and account-health requirements across approved international marketplaces and countries.
- Fulfilment and availability: Protect in-stock position, fill rate and order SLA through disciplined forecasting inputs, replenishment follow-through and warehouse coordination.
- Listings and account health: Keep listings accurate, compliant and live; resolve suppressions, content errors, onboarding dependencies and platform alerts.

Your operating scorecard

- PO-to-GRN control: Track purchase orders from receipt through allocation, appointment, dispatch, delivery and GRN; close shortages, rejections, ageing and documentation gaps.
- Returns and claims: Govern returns, RTO, shortages, damages, debit notes, claims and marketplace deductions with complete evidence and ageing visibility.
- FBA and 3PL exceptions: Resolve fulfilment-centre, carrier, warehouse and third-party logistics exceptions within agreed SLAs.
- Availability: Improve in-stock rates, fill rates and SKU-level availability while surfacing preventable stock-out and overstock risks early.
- Operating cadence: Maintain clear daily and weekly dashboards, owners, ageing, escalation paths and root-cause actions for recurring issues.
- Team leadership: Set explicit ownership, coach operators, inspect evidence and raise the standard of accuracy, urgency and follow-through.

What we are looking for

- Approximately 6–10 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, quick-commerce, seller, supply-chain or fulfilment operations, with meaningful team leadership.




- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central and at least two other relevant marketplace or quick-commerce portals.
- Direct understanding of inventory availability, PO-to-GRN workflows, appointments, fulfilment SLAs, listing health, returns, claims and reconciliation dependencies.
- Experience leading an operations team and coordinating across supply chain, warehouse, finance, catalogue, customer support and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability, including lookups, pivots, ageing analysis and clear exception-led reporting; familiarity with ERP, OMS or WMS tools is valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication, sound prioritisation and the persistence to close issues across multiple internal and external owners.

High ownership: you care whether the operational exception closes and stays closed—not only whether it appears in a dashboard.

This role does not own business P&L;, paid media, pricing strategy, brand marketing, country selection or international market-launch strategy. You will work closely with the teams that own those decisions while remaining accountable for execution quality.

Strong signals

- You have improved availability, fill rate, OTIF or GRN closure and can explain the baseline, actions and measurable result.
- You have personally resolved a listing suppression, account-health issue or catalogue failure on a major marketplace.
- You have closed a material return, claim, shortage, debit-note or fulfilment exception using clean evidence and persistent follow-through.
- You have operated across quick-commerce platforms and understand SKU-city or dark-store availability, replenishment and partner workflows.
- International marketplace operations experience is valuable. If your India and quick-commerce depth is exceptional, international ownership can be developed or supported separately.
