Senior Manager – Service Now / GISLocation: Bangalore Experience: 15+ Years overall | 12+ Years Service Now | 8+ Years Architecture CTC: Up to ₹65 LPAAbout the Role We are looking for a senior Service Now technology leader to drive platform strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery for a large-scale Service Now workplace. The role involves working with technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, and external partners to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, stable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities Lead the Service Now platform strategy, architecture, and technical delivery. Design and review scalable Service Now solutions and ensure adherence to platform standards. Drive governance, best practices, platform performance, and technical debt reduction.

Lead and mentor Service Now technical teams. Manage delivery across internal teams and external partners. Work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, vendors, and business teams.



Support enterprise-wide Service Now transformation and platform adoption.

Ensure successful implementation and integration of Service Now capabilities.

Mandatory

Experience15+ years of overall IT experience.12+ years of hands-on Service Now experience.8+ years of Service Now Technical/Solution Architecture experience. Strong hands-on experience in: ITOM, Sec Ops, & HRSDExperience managing large/global Service Now environments.

Experience working with multiple delivery partners/vendors. Strong experience in Service Now architecture, governance, and technical leadership. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Preferred Service

Now CSA / CAD / CIS / CTA certifications. ITIL certification.
