Job Summary:

Mobile solutions will be responsible for mobile solutions including app product development strategy, product design and execution. DGM, Mobile solutions will guide the wider corporate mobile strategy, innovation, and mobile-specific business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilitie:

- Responsible for designing and implementing the Mobile strategy and for the functioning of the mobile ecosystem.

- Define the KPIs and objectives that align with organizational objectives to deliver best-in-class mobile solutions.

- Create a high performing ecosystem with a focus on customer experience, innovation, and revenue generation.

- Deliver solutions that align with the long-term Mobile strategy.

- Design and implement next-generation Mobile application in collaboration with the technology team to create best-in-class architecture and automation.

- Adherence with best practices and principles for the solutions delivered.

- Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement Mobile solutions which include reference architectures, estimates and costing.

- Be as a subject matter expert on Mobile best practices leveraging automation tools and analytics.

- Perform analysis and recommend best practices and emerging concepts in Mobile area.

- Lead and grow a superior Mobile practice resulting in high performance. with superior Mobile technical depth, and outstanding project execution skills.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define business scope and define Mobile technology roadmap.

- Enable go to market strategies of sales and marketing teams with Mobile solutions and thought leadership relevant to market demand.

- Nurture alliances and partnerships applicable to ensure success for the Mobile practice.

- Ensure the highest standards of quality for each release, with use cases,



documentation, UAT testing and training plans.

Requirements

- Graduate, preferably in engineering

- 10+ years’ experience working in Mobile Technologies with knowledge of mobile development platforms and mobile ecosystems including native (iOS, Android), hybrid and PWA applications.

- Hands-on experience in developing mobile applications and solutions including deep knowledge of React Native, Flutter, mobile analytics, mobile marketing, etc.

- Experience with Mobile applications Continuous Development/Deployment/Integration design and best practices.

- Have a deep understanding of designing and developing frictionless mobile experience and understand how to apply them to design mobile solutions.

- Experienced in leveraging popular tools for various mobile applications lifecycle activities like functional testing, performance testing, security testing, debugging, monitoring etc.

- Experience with API/Web Services integration.

- Should have delivered significant online and mobile projects in the past and have a credible track record of delivering enterprise-grade apps.

- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling native iOS and Android applications.

- Should have a good understanding on provisioning and deploying application for distribution and app store.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business users as well as developers.

- Exceptional planning and project Management skills; ability to handle multiple cross-functional dev pods and simultaneous business requirements.

- Should be able to write high-quality PRDs and BRDs, with great attention to detail.

- High analytical ability & process orientation
