About the RoleThe Ad Stories is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Marketplaces and Quick Commerce vertical. You will own the growth, operations, and performance of brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket. You will manage a small team, work closely with brand clients and platform teams, and be accountable for revenue, visibility, and profitability on these channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)

- Own end-to-end account management, including catalog health, listings, pricing, inventory planning, and promotions.
- Plan and run advertising campaigns on platform ad tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA/PCA, Myntra Ads), optimizing for ROAS, ACOS, and conversion.
- Drive participation in sale events and platform campaigns (Big Billion Days, Excellent Indian Festival, EORS, etc.).
- Improve content quality with better titles, images, A+ content, and brand stores to lift discoverability and conversion.
- Manage relationships with platform category managers, key account managers, and seller support teams.

Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket)

- Manage onboarding, listings, and assortment planning across all four platforms.
- Plan inventory and city/dark-store-level availability with brands to minimize stock-outs and maximize fill rates.
- Run and optimize on-platform ad campaigns, sponsored listings, and visibility programs.
- Track and negotiate trade terms, margins, and promotional funding with platform teams.
- Monitor rapidly changing quick commerce dynamics such as pricing, discounts, and competitor activity, and respond quickly.

Performance, Analytics, and Reporting

- Own channel P&Ls;, sales targets, and growth KPIs (GMV, share of search, buy box %, availability, ROAS, contribution margin).
- Build regular MIS and performance dashboards,



and present insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Run data-backed experiments on pricing, creatives, keywords, and promotions.

Team Leadership and Client Management

- Lead, mentor, and set goals for a team of 4-5 members, including executives and specialists.
- Allocate work, review output, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and platform issues.
- Contribute to SOPs, best practices, and process improvements for the vertical.

RequirementsMust-have

- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketplace and/or quick commerce management, at a brand, agency, or aggregator.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, and working knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
- Prior experience managing a team of at least 4-5 people.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, catalog management, pricing, and inventory planning.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with dashboards and data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office.

Good to have

- Experience with agency-side client servicing and multi-brand portfolios.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Exposure to categories such as FMCG, beauty and personal care, fashion, or home and kitchen.
- Understanding of ad-tech and performance marketing beyond marketplaces.

- Consistent month-on-month growth in GMV and profitability across assigned brands.
- Strong ad efficiency (ROAS/ACOS) and high inventory availability on quick commerce platforms.
- A well-trained, motivated team delivering with minimal escalations.
