Talent Acquisition and Management including Induction and Onboarding:
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering for current positions and replacements
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including digital platforms, networks, and referrals
- Lead filtering and interviewing processes to ensure quality talent selection
- Manage end-to-end offer process from offer letter creation to acceptance and onboarding
- Oversee contractual vendor onboarding and integration processes
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with QMS standards for all HR processes
- Lead succession planning initiatives for critical roles and key positions.
- Support talent retention strategies and career development planning
- Implement talent management frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs
Learning and Development (L&D;) - End-to-End Management:
- Develop comprehensive in-house training calendar on quarterly basis
- Operationalize L&D; initiatives across multiple locations and business units
- Identify and evaluate external training vendors with competency matching
- Design and rollout customized learning programs for different employee segments
- Monitor training effectiveness and ROI measurement
- Support succession planning through targeted development programs
Performance Management Systems:
- Issue and collect performance management forms and documentation
- Participate in normalization conversations with MD and function heads
- Support performance calibration processes across business units
- Design and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Coordinate performance-based reward and recognition programs
HR Automation and Digital Transformation:
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across HR functions
- Support integration with existing systems (SAP for expenses, Salesforce for performance)
- Ensure data integrity and system optimization for efficiency
- Train users and support system adoption across the organization
- Monitor system performance and continuous improvement
Preferred candidate profile Min 5 years experience in Human Resources in Manufacturing domain
