We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to support the legal and regulatory functions of the organization, with a focus on RERA matters, litigation management, and contract drafting related to real estate projects. The role involves coordination with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and productive handling of disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling RERA registration, compliance, and regulatory filings.

- Drafting and vetting complaints, replies, appeals, and submissions before RERA authorities.

- Liaising with regulatory authorities and monitoring compliance requirements.

- Assisting in handling litigation before RERA, Consumer Commissions, Civil Courts, and High Courts.

- Drafting legal notices, replies, written statements, rejoinders, and legal submissions.

- Coordinating with external advocates and law firms for effective case management.

- Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.

- Ensuring legal compliance and minimizing contractual risks.

- Handling legal issues relating to real estate projects,



documentation, and approvals.

- Assisting in title due diligence and project-related legal documentation.

- Managing consumer complaints and disputes relating to real estate projects.

- Drafting responses and coordinating with counsel for proceedings before Consumer Forums.

Qualifications & Experience

- LL.B. from a recognized university.

- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in real estate legal work, litigation, or RERA matters.

- Experience in the real estate sector will be preferred; strong litigation candidates with willingness to learn may also apply.

- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.

- Working knowledge of RERA, Consumer Protection laws, and real estate regulations.

- Ability to manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for court hearings and authority meetings when required.

- Ability to work in a corporate, deadline-driven environment.
