Role Description The Senior Manager Internal Audit is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing internal audit engagements across financial and operational areas, ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing risk-based audit plans, reviewing accounting and finance processes, performing detailed financial audits, and documenting findings and recommendations.

The Senior

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, monitor remediation of audit issues, and provide insights to management on risk mitigation and process improvement.



The role also involves preparing clear audit reports, presenting results to senior leadership, and supporting the continuous enhancement of the organization’s governance and compliance framework.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data, identify risks, and propose practical solutions.
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Experience in designing, assessing, and improving internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Proven background in planning and conducting financial audits, including testing procedures, documentation, and reporting.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or CIA are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in internal audit or risk management, preferably in technology or financial services environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to ethical standards.
- Ability to lead audit teams, mentor junior staff, and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on-site in Delhi.
