Key Experience Areas

LRP, AOP, Flash & Forecast, industry benchmarking, budgetary control, variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead preparation of the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Own flash reporting and rolling forecast processes.
- Conduct industry benchmarking to inform strategic and budgetary decisions.
- Drive budgetary control and variance analysis across business units.
- Lead and develop an FP&A; team of up to 7 members.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with robust FP&A; experience.
- Proven track record in LRP/AOP preparation and forecasting cycles.
- Strong analytical skills for budgetary control and variance analysis.
- Experience leading a team is preferred.
