Role & responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Intermediates, APIs, and Finished Goods.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, ALCOA+, Data Integrity, Safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and material movements through SAP.
- Ensure proper storage, dispensing, receipt, issuance, and dispatch of materials as per SOPs.
- Lead and support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal quality audits.
- Drive implementation of Quality Management Systems including:
- Change Control
- Deviations
- Investigations
- CAPA
- Risk Assessments
- Prepare, review, and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure implementation of 5S, safety practices, housekeeping, and warehouse compliance standards.
- Coordinate closely with QA, QC, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.




- Lead warehouse manpower planning, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical API and Formulation Warehouse Operations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office applications.
