Dassault Aircraft Services India Pvt. Ltd. (DASI), the Indian subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sourcing & Procurement to strengthen our aerospace supply chain and supplier ecosystem.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement / Supplier Development team
- Drive Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Development & Supplier Performance Management
- Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Capacity and Supply Chain Resilience
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), recovery plans and supplier improvement initiatives
- Develop strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier maturity
- Identify supply-chain risks and implement effective mitigation plans
• Collaborate with global teams and Dassault Aviation in India & France
What We're Looking For
- 16+ years of experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain
- 10+ years in relevant Supply Chain / Procurement leadership roles
- Robust experience in Aerospace / Aviation / Defence preferred
- Proven team leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Preferred
Master's in Supply Chain / Operations | CPIM or equivalent | Lean / Six Sigma
- Location: Delhi, India
