Purpose of the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production of Crown wheel pinion for HT, Assembly Line, LKW, PUNE, SPD ensuring safe and efficient production processes achieving deliverables of Quality, cost and productivity.

Job Responsibility

- Identify and meet customer requirement in well advance as per set SWC

- Ensure manufactured product quality through adherence with Product Quality Standards

COPQ Improvements through Quality Issues Resolution, COPQ Reduction, TQM Road Map Adherence, Ensuring WCQ, IATF Implementation.

- Daily Production Plan Adherence as per production schedule

- Productivity Improvements through Kaizens, Machines upkeep through preventive maintenance & JH Activities- as per TML Standards

- Current Product realisation active involvement in Issues Resolution

- VCC Cost Reduction through optimizing Tooling & IDM Consumption

- Operational Inventory Management as per Target specified

- Ensure good relationship with all stakeholders to acquire timely professional support

- Product & Process Issues Resolution through Team Involvement

- Implementation of actions in line with TQM journey

- Drive along with road map for developing levels of SDT

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B Tech / BE or preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-11 Years in Automotive / Auto Ancillary industry
