About the Role

Hype Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Corporate Leasing to drive high-value commercial leasing opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in corporate leasing, commercial real estate, client management, negotiations, and deal closures.

What We Require

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Leasing.
- Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Leasing.
- Proven track record of closing commercial leasing transactions.
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Gurugram commercial real estate market.
- Experience handling corporate clients, occupiers, and key decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent business development and relationship management abilities.
- Experience handling high-value leasing transactions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on revenue and closures.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities and negotiations simultaneously.
- Good understanding of commercial leasing processes, documentation, and transaction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Leasing & Business Development

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and potential occupiers.
- Understand corporate space requirements and identify suitable commercial properties.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leasing opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.




- Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Develop new corporate accounts and strengthen existing relationships.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Lead commercial negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate rentals, lease terms, lock-in periods, escalation clauses, security deposits, and other commercial terms.
- Drive transactions from initial discussion through negotiation, documentation, and closure.
- Coordinate with landlords, clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth transactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of deals through each stage of the leasing process.

Client & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Understand evolving corporate workspace requirements and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the leasing process.
- Ensure a skilled and high-quality client experience.

Performance & Reporting

- Achieve assigned leasing and revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of corporate leasing opportunities.
- Track proposals, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Monitor commercial real estate market trends, rental values, and competing properties.
