Role Purpose

To manage macro-level planning, procurement coordination, execution partners, and project delivery for civil and finishing works, ensuring projects are completed within planned timeline, quality, and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Planning &

- Execution

- Prepare and monitor overall execution plans for civil & finishing works.

- Plan activities, manpower, materials, dependencies, and key milestones.

- Monitor project progress and identify delays / bottlenecks proactively.

- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution and project closure.

2. Procurement &

- Material Planning

- Plan major material requirements in line with project schedules.

- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material availability.

- Track critical materials, lead times, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure procurement readiness before execution activities commence.

3. Partner / Contractor Management

- Manage civil and finishing subcontractors / execution partners.

- Allocate work packages and monitor productivity, manpower, quality, and timelines.

- Coordinate with partners to resolve execution issues and maintain project progress.

- Evaluate partner performance and ensure adherence to agreed scope.

4. Civil &

- Finishing Works





- Oversee execution of flooring, plastering, waterproofing, painting, masonry, ceiling-related civil works, and other finishing activities.

- Ensure execution as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and approved quality standards.

- Coordinate between various trades to maintain proper execution sequence.

5. Commercial &

- Quality Control

- Monitor execution against BOQ and approved scope.

- Identify variations, additional requirements, and potential cost impacts.

- Ensure quality standards and minimize rework.

- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover.

6. Team &

- Cross-Functional Coordination

- Guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, and execution teams.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Commercial, Planning, and Project Management teams.

- Conduct regular project reviews and track critical action points.

- Escalate major risks, resource requirements, and delays to management.
