Senior Operations Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (₹50,000 CTC per month)

Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the same industry will be preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, advanced Excel knowledge, and extensive experience in handling e-commerce operations while effectively managing teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
- Monitor operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Handle team productivity, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Manage and optimize processes across various e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operations.




- Identify process gaps and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Drive business growth through process optimization, team management, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce Platforms and Operations .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Dashboards, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in operational planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling large teams and managing multi-functional operations.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
