- JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Billing Platform Senior Manager Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Billing Platform implementations across the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both Billing and Revenue capabilities, with extensive experience in subscription billing, usage-based billing, pricing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, financial integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

As a trusted advisor to clients, the Senior Manager will drive business transformation initiatives by translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Billing Platform solutions aligned with industry best practices. The role requires a strong blend of functional, technical, and consulting expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution ownership, including solutioning, architecture, business process design, functional and technical design, application configuration, integrations, data migration, development oversight, proof of concepts, testing strategy, deployment planning, user enablement, and post-go-live support. The role also requires strong leadership in project management, delivery governance, team management, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communication while driving successful project milestones.

Additionally, the Senior Manager will play a key role in practice development by contributing to solution accelerators, AI-enabled delivery, capability building, pre-sales, client workshops, and thought leadership initiatives. The individual will work closely with client executives, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end Q2C solutions that optimize revenue operations, improve business outcomes, and support enterprise growth.

Position Requirements:

- Own the solution architecture and design for enterprise Quote-to-Cash transformations across Billing and Revenue, including subscription management, pricing, usage-based billing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, and financial integrations. Lead end-to-end Billing Platform solution architecture for large-scale implementation programs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation programs by overseeing project planning, solution design, configuration, development, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Define enterprise architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmap.
- Partner with client executives, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, develop scalable solution designs, and provide strategic recommendations aligned with industry best practices. Excellent client-facing skills and communication (written/verbal) skills




- Establish delivery governance, manage project risks and dependencies, review solution quality, ensure compliance with architectural standards, and drive successful milestone execution through proactive stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to practice development through pre-sales, estimations, proposals, AI-enabled delivery accelerators, capability building, mentoring, solution assets, thought leadership, and the development of reusable frameworks that enhance delivery efficiency and support business growth.
- Build and maintain billing workflows, rating rules, invoicing, taxation, payments, collections, and revenue-related processes.
- Design and develop integrations between Billing Platform and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, CRM systems, Payment gateways, Tax engines and Data warehouses
- Strong hands-on experience with billing platform and experience with APIs, integrations, and data reconciliation.
- Understand customer business processes/functional specifications and independently drive technical solutioning to delivery
- Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution
- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, best practices and documentation requirements across project phases
- Drive solution quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.
