Job Title: Assistant Manager Injection Moulding

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry: Automotive / Plastic Injection Moulding

- Manage day-to-day injection moulding production operations and achieve production targets.
- Handle injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor and improve cycle time, productivity, OEE, rejection and downtime.
- Manage manpower, shift activities and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks and colour variation.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, PPC and Stores for smooth production.
- Support recent mould trials, process setting, mould validation and NPD activities.
- Drive rejection reduction, process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, 5S and company procedures.




- Maintain production reports, downtime records and other manufacturing documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement activities such as TPM, Kaizen and OEE improvement.
