Role Description: The Senior Management Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based abroad. This role involves leading consulting engagements, analysing client business processes, and recommending improvements related to immigration services and overall operational efficiency. The consultant will work with senior leadership to design strategies that optimise service delivery, financial performance, and client experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, preparing data-driven reports, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and overseeing implementation of approved recommendations. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and ensuring that all solutions align with regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
