Job Summary

The International Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating global shipment operations within a BPO environment. The role involves handling overseas client communication, tracking shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting end-to-end logistics processes while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international shipments (air/sea/road) from origin to destination

Communicate with global clients, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents

Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients

Handle import/export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.)

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements

Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues proactively

Update CRM systems with accurate shipment and client data

Prepare reports on shipment status, delays, and performance metrics

Support billing and invoicing processes, including freight cost verification





Maintain SLA adherence for response time and service quality

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of international logistics and supply chain operations

(Experience in Network Business Logistics mandatory)

Excellent communication skills (especially with international clients)

Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation

Problem-solving and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and CRM tools

Ability to work in rotational/night shifts

High attention to detail and time management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field

1–3 years of experience in logistics/BPO/international operations with Network Business Trading

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts)

Ability to handle high-volume operations and pressure

Robust coordination and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
